Because this is what you do when you’ve ran out of excuses.

You stop running away.

You stop procrastinating. You stop being afraid. You stop pretending that empty pages are enough or that silence is sufficient. You stop pushing your passions aside in favor of comfort. You stop calling yourself unworthy of space. You stop grieving for regrets buried six lightyears-deep inside the galaxies of your chest. You stop inventing alibis for sadness. You stop saying sorry. You stop letting the demons steal your sleep. You stop remembering and replaying your errors. You stop killing the volume of your own voice. You stop denying yourself forgiveness. You stop surrendering to exhaustion. You stop making habits out of heartbreaks. You stop giving up.

This is what you do: You begin. Again.

    • Thank you, you are too kind!

I’m trying to encourage myself to be consistent in book blogging this year, hence this piece of word barf. I am relieved to know someone like you can somehow find inspiration in it too. Here’s to us and books!
